OUR STORY
Our story
Your Choice Supportive Living began as a family-run service in 2014, built around a simple belief: support should fit around the person, not the other way around.
More than a decade later, we remain a family-run service, with the same values at the heart of what we do. We believe every person should be treated as an individual, with their choices heard, their dignity respected and their support shaped around their own goals, routines, preferences and strengths.
From our base in Portland, our team provides flexible, person-centred support across Portland, Weymouth, Dorchester, Bridport and Sherborne. We work alongside individuals, families, social workers, commissioners and other professionals to provide reliable support that promotes independence, confidence, wellbeing and meaningful participation in everyday life.
Our service is non-regulated. We support adults aged 18+ and do not provide personal care or other activities that require CQC registration. Where a person also requires regulated care, we can work alongside their registered provider and wider professional team.
